1. Program Description
By opting into the My House Buyer SMS program (“Program”), you agree to receive recurring text messages from My House Buyer LLC about our real-estate buying services, property evaluations, offers, updates, and other information related to your interest in selling or working with us. Participation in this Program is not required to purchase or use any of our services.
2. Consent to Receive Texts
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you provide your express written consent for My House Buyer to send automated SMS or MMS messages (including marketing) to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any transaction.
3. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and inquiries.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. My House Buyer is not responsible for these charges.
5. Opt-Out Instructions

6. Quiet Hours
Texts will be sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time, unless you explicitly authorize messages outside this window.

Your information (such as your name, mobile number, and consent record) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share limited data with vendors and carriers to deliver messages and maintain compliance.
8. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that you are the owner or primary user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us immediately or unsubscribe.
9. Changes to Program or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Any significant updates will be posted at https://www.myhousebuyer.com/sms-terms. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My House Buyer LLC and its service providers are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of this Program, or for delivery failures or delays caused by your carrier or network provider.
11. Legal Compliance
This Program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You agree to use the Program lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
